Welcome to Oriental Carpet Company, we are glad you took the time to visit our website. We deal in unique handmade products and specialize in handmade carpets and rugs from many famous carpet weaving regions such as Afghanistan, India, Iran, Pakistan, and Turkey.
Our products also include a selection of Solid-Wood Furniture such as Brass Inlay Writing Desks, Hand Painted Almirahs and Bookshelf’s, Carved Sideboards and Consoles.
HISTORY
Mr. Shaukat Aga, the founder of Oriental Carpet Company was born in Amritsar, India where he learned the handmade carpets trade from his father. His passion to travel led him to visit more than 20 countries while trading in carpets.
Before moving to Doha, Mr. Aga, traded among the renowned carpet retailers of High Street London.
